These terms describe the expected customer experience for the RashanJi web store prototype.
Use of the service
RashanJi provides a customer storefront for browsing grocery items, calculating checkout totals, placing orders, and tracking delivery. Prices, availability, and delivery estimates are confirmed at checkout.
Orders and payment
Orders are cash-on-delivery in this prototype. The final payable amount is the server-calculated grand total shown at checkout, including delivery fee, coupon discount, loyalty redemption, and rounding.
Product availability
Some items may be fulfilled by a nearby partner branch. Partner fulfilment can add delivery time. If stock changes before dispatch, support may contact the customer for substitution or cancellation.
Account responsibility
Customers are responsible for keeping profile, delivery address, and contact details accurate so riders can complete delivery smoothly.
